Order processing

During this period, the order is prepared, packed and handed over to the carrier for dispatch.
Tracking information
After dispatch, tracking details may take up to 5 business days to become active or update in the carrier’s system.
This timeframe depends on the logistics provider’s internal processes and is outside our direct control.
