1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

You have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) before the cancellation period expires.

  • Once notified, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Certain items are exempt from refunds, such as:

    • Personalised or custom-made products

    • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

    • Intimate or hygienic items (e.g. underwear, earrings) once unsealed

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used.

  • We will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid when ordering (but not any extra for express or premium shipping).

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Faulty or Defective Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description:

  • You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
